What clients Say:
“When I started coaching with Esther, I had a lot of passion and a lot of moving pieces. In six sessions, she helped me get to the root of what mattered, clear the noise, and build a focused path forward. She asked the right questions, held me gently accountable, and helped me translate big, blurry ideas into a clear step-by-step plan.”
“What I appreciated most was the way Esther pairs mindset work with concrete action. I left each call with one to three doable steps, and the accountability to follow through. Because of our work, I communicate my vision more confidently, protect my time with healthier boundaries, and make decisions faster. Esther’s coaching blends warmth with strategy, and I left every session with practical tools and a renewed sense of purpose. If you’re ready to move into the next level of your life or business with clarity and purpose, Esther is the coach to help you get there.”
Coaching is a helpful way to develop yourself as a person, work through pivotal changes, or live a more focused life. I am looking forward to working with you to help you cultivate a life of greatness!
One of the things I most enjoy about coaching is that it isn’t about fixing people. Instead, a coach functions as a partner, helping you live out your own values and dreams for your life. You will be the one setting the agenda. I will focus our conversations and help you to go deeper and reach higher in your life. We will explore the strategies and support structures you need to succeed in reaching your dreams and goals, and together we will create a customized, systematic plan and walk it out to make your goal a reality.
Coaching is an ongoing relationship that focuses on you the coachee taking action toward realizing his/her goals and desires in their professional and personal lives. Through the process of coaching, the coachee deepens their learning, improves their performance and enhances their quality of life. The coachee takes responsibility for setting the focus of each session, while the coach is responsible for providing support, structure, and feedback through listening and asking questions not providing specific direction or answers. The nature of coaching is forward looking and is focused on goal setting and the future unlike counseling which is focused on the past and asks the question why events transpired as they did.
